自从全区农林工作会议到现在各省区都根据总的生产计划提出本省区的全年生产计划,并在省府、行署的行政会议上讨论通过,在专员会议上,或在党委所召集的地书、专员会议上作了讨论布署,完全接受了华东农林会议所规定的方针与任务,目前各省区正在准备召开规模很大的劳模会议(有的已开过),因此在制定计划贯彻计划的初步阶段是作的很好的,对全面开展五一年生产打下了良好的开端。但目前的特点是要从布置与贯彻生产计划,走向实际展开春耕生产的时期,为了胜利的结果第一步很好展开第二步工作,特提出以下几点作参考:(一)对计划的贯彻除仍在省区一级劳模会议上作广泛地生产计划、生产政策的宣传外,应特别注意抓紧专署和县如何布置与贯澈及如何
