职校的学生在一场残酷的中考之后,大多数学生和家长在无奈的情况下选择了职校。像他们这样正值十七、八岁的孩子来说,在人生成长的道路上不犯一些错误是不正常的,也是不可避免的。我们老师对这些犯了错误的学生不能不管不问,听之任之,而应该对他们要进行与之相应的批评教育。但由于我们面对的是一个特殊群体,所以我们在批评教育时一定要讲究批评艺术,对他们的批评要做到入情入理,还要富有情味、趣味、风味和韵味,只有这样才能收到事半功倍的效果,达到“一把钥匙开一把锁”和“心有灵犀一点通”的境界,从而真正做到对学生进行人性化管理。
