近年来,我国事业单位的内外部环境发生了根本性变化,导致其服务对象、服务方法以及融资渠道发生了很大改变。因此,事业单位的预算资金管理也应与市场经济需要相契合。但目前许多事业单位在预算资金管理中存在着不少的问题,严重制约了这些事业单位社会管理职能的发挥,降低了他们应有的工作效率。本文阐述了财政预算资金管理的特点及现状,并有针对性地提出解决问题的对策和建议。
In recent years, fundamental changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of public institutions in our country, resulting in great changes in the clients, service methods and financing channels. Therefore, the budget management of institutions should also be consistent with the needs of the market economy. However, at present, many institutions have many problems in the management of their budget funds, seriously restricting the social management functions of these institutions and reducing the efficiency of their work. This article elaborated the characteristics and status quo of the financial budget management, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.
