目的通过对我市狂犬病流行区家犬自然感染情况的调查,给我市应对家犬进行圈养和加强犬只的免疫措施提供了科学依据。方法应用间接免疫荧光试验(IFAT)对76只健康、未进行过狂犬病病毒免疫接种的家犬进行狂犬病毒抗体检测。结果狂犬病毒(Rabies virus,RV)感染率为23.7%,提示我市家犬自然感染率较高,若出现狂犬病病毒攻击时多数不能抵御感染的入侵而再次有感染的风险。结论加强对家犬的有效免疫,减少传染和传播途径,从而达到预防控制人类狂犬病的发生与流行的目的。
Objective To investigate the natural infection of domestic dogs in the endemic areas of rabies in our city and provide a scientific basis for our city to deal with domestic dogs in captivity and to strengthen the immunization measures of dogs. Methods The rabies virus antibody was detected in 76 healthy rabbits with rabies virus immunization by indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFAT). Results The infection rate of Rabies virus (RV) was 23.7%, suggesting that the natural infection rate of domestic dogs in our city is high. If rabies virus attack occurs, most of them can not resist the invasion of infection and then have the risk of infection again. Conclusion To strengthen the effective immunization of domestic dogs, reduce the transmission and transmission, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling the occurrence and epidemic of human rabies.
