采集2006-2011年间新疆维吾尔自治区某三甲医院各科间会诊的数据,采用头脑风暴法,引入精益管理理论,绘制院内科间会诊流程缺陷鱼骨图,剖析现行会诊流程中存在的问题和导致问题的原因,提出应采取优化设计科间会诊电子流程及充分发挥总住院医师、科室质控员作用2个方面的措施,加强科间质控监管力度,促进会诊质量的整体提升。
Collecting the data of interdisciplinary consultation among the top three hospitals in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2006 to 2011, adopting the brainstorming method, introducing the theory of lean management, drawing the fishbone chart of the deficiencies in the interdisciplinary consultation process, analyzing the existing problems and leading problems in the current consultation process The paper suggests that measures should be taken to optimize the electronic flow of interdisciplinary consultations and give full play to the role of chief resident physicians and quality control officers in departments to strengthen the supervision and control of quality control between departments and promote the overall improvement of consultation quality.
