目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性胃溃疡临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取我院2015年3月-2016年3月收治的118例慢性胃溃疡患者依据随机法划分为参照组与研究组各59例。参照组59例患者给予常规的西医治疗,研究组59例患者在此基础上采用中药组方治疗。对两组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应进行比较。随访观察1年,并统计其复发率。结果:研究组治疗有效率显著高于参照组,P<0.05;研究组不良反应发生率显著低于参照组,P<0.05。结论:对慢性胃溃疡患者在西医治疗的基础上采用中医组方治疗可取得良好的效果,治疗1年后的复发率低,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer. Methods: A total of 118 patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group of 59 cases. The reference group of 59 patients given conventional Western medicine, 59 patients in the study group on this basis, the use of traditional Chinese medicine group treatment. The two groups of patients with clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared. Follow-up observation for 1 year, and statistics of the recurrence rate. Results: The treatment efficiency in study group was significantly higher than that in reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than that in reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of patients with chronic gastric ulcer on the basis of Western medicine treatment with traditional Chinese medicine group can achieve good results, 1 year after treatment, the recurrence rate is low, it is worth promoting.
