短短十年,中外合资乡镇企业——河南鞋城皮革制品有限公司,在商品经济大潮中,年产值由30万元增加到7550万元,出口创汇由零发展到415万美元,人均年产值由0.5万元,增加到32万元,人均年税利由0.3万元,增加到3.1万元。该企业现已进入河南乡镇企业十强之列,被农业部、经贸部联合命名为“全国乡镇企业创汇大户”,实现了历史性的跨越。这家企业的奥秘在哪里呢?以下是我们在调查中的见闻。
In a short span of ten years, the Sino-foreign joint venture township enterprise—Henan Shoe City Leather Products Co., Ltd.—increased its annual production value from 300,000 yuan to 75.5 million yuan in the commodity economy tide, and its export earnings rose from zero to 4.15 million U.S. dollars per capita. With an increase of RMB 0.5 million to RMB 320,000, the per capita annual tax benefit will increase from RMB 0.3 million to RMB 31,000. The enterprise has now entered the top ten list of Henan township enterprises, and has been jointly named by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economics and Trade as “a large number of villagers and township enterprises in the country”, achieving a historic leap.
