大提琴大师马友友在纪念班多纽琴大师阿斯托·皮亚佐拉逝世5周年之际,与皮亚佐拉生前共事的12位音乐家共同录制了一款标题为《皮亚佐拉,探戈之魂》的专辑。他后来对来访的记者们说“探戈音乐不是单单一些音符。它亦不是仅仅和探戈舞蹈有关。探戈是一种感情深厚的潜流、由于阿根廷作为一个国家,所经历过的种种不幸,使探戈成为‘阿根廷的灵魂”。阿根廷人只能用其音乐来说出其它方式难以表达的他们被压抑的真实心声。皮亚佐拉所写出的探戈,就是这些心声。”
Cello master Yo-Yo Ma will commemorate the fifth anniversary of the death of Asturias Piazzolla, the master of the bandono, and 12 musicians who worked with Piazzolla during their lifetime recorded a recording entitled “Piazzolla, Tango Soul ”album. He later told visiting journalists that “tango music is not just a few notes, nor is it just about tango dancing: tango is a deeply hidden undercurrents, because of the misfortune that Argentina experienced as a nation that makes tango ’The soul of Argentina.’ Argentineans can only use their music to express their oppressed real voices that are hard to express in other ways. These are the voices of Tango written by Piazzolla. ”
