我厂是生产自吸式离心油泵专业厂。泵壳是油泵需要零件之一。其壁厚在6~14mm需经5~12kg/cm~2耐压试验,历时5分钟不渗漏,不冒汗。泵壳造型中有一只(?)形的悬臂泥芯(见合箱图中NO3)其L>3H(3D)是不稳固泥芯。需另外附加支点来支撑砂芯。采用金属芯撑,在此处容易出现渗漏,影响泵的自吸性能。所以过去一直采用拉钩来加固(见图中a情况)这样增加了工时。去年8月我们由实型铸造得以启发,采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料块作芯撑(见图中b情况)取得了成功。经过一年的生产实践证明这种方法是可行而有效。现在我厂已推广使用。
