运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,分析比较我了全国性体育社团、生(直辖市)级体育社团、群众性体育社团的人力资源现状。并借鉴相关非营利组织人力资源管理的知识,提出对我国各级体育社团人力资源管理的策略。
Using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to analyze and compare the current situation of human resources in the sports associations and municipalities directly under the Central Government at the national level and mass sports associations. And draws on the relevant non-profit organization’s knowledge of human resource management, put forward to our country sports organizations at all levels of human resource management strategy.
