本文用 HPTLC 法测定两个镇痛药混合物,混合物(Ⅰ)为对乙酰氨基酚-维生素C-咖啡因-去氧肾上腺素,混合物(Ⅱ)为安替比林-非那西汀-咖啡因。测定条件 Merck 公司生产的 HPTLC硅胶 F_(254)板(10×20cm)。混合物(Ⅰ)的第一展开剂为二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-乙醇-甲酸(3.5:2:4:0.5),第二展开剂为二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-乙醇(5:5:1);混合物(Ⅱ)的展开剂为乙腈-氯仿(1:1)。用 Camag TLC扫描仪,扫描速度为1mm/s,纸速5cm/min。检测波长分别为:维生素 C264nm,安替比林258nm,咖啡因、去氧肾上腺素274nm,非那西汀和对乙酰氨基酚254
In this paper, two mixtures of analgesics were determined by HPTLC. The mixture (I) was acetaminophen-vitamin C-caffeine-phenylephrine and the mixture (II) was antipyrine- phenacetin-caffeine . Measurement conditions Merck HPTLC silica F_ (254) plate (10 × 20cm). The first developing agent of the mixture (I) was dichloromethane-ethyl acetate-ethanol-formic acid (3.5: 2: 4: 0.5) and the second developing solvent was dichloromethane-ethyl acetate- 1); the developing agent of mixture (II) is acetonitrile-chloroform (1: 1). Using a Camag TLC scanner, the scanning speed was 1 mm / s and the paper speed was 5 cm / min. The detection wavelength were: vitamin C264nm, antipyrine 258nm, caffeine, phenylephrine 274nm, phenacetin and acetaminophen 254
