有部分血糖改变并不呈现或在短期内不呈现任何症状,病人在家中自我检测血糖可使病人更好地了解自己的病情,从而更好地配合治疗,并增强信心。但这样做是否可延缓或防止后期合并症则尚无定论。本文介绍的血糖自我检测所需的试纸售价颇高,而且需要进口,因此本法目前在国内未能推广。正确使用本法的基本条件是病人要有一定文化程度,而且愿意坚持严格的治疗措施,目前在国内多数病人仍未能做到。
Some changes in blood glucose does not appear or in the short term does not show any symptoms, the patient self-test blood glucose at home allows patients to better understand their condition, so as to better cope with treatment and enhance confidence. However, it is inconclusive whether this can delay or prevent late comorbidities. This article describes the self-test blood glucose self-test required high prices, and the need to import, so this law is not currently in the country to promote.
