一、问题的提出 内蒙古二连油田是国家重点投资项目之一,是二连油田年原油上产125万吨和管理局年原油稳产465万吨的重大举措。工程总投资3.9亿多元。华北油建一公司施工的哈南油田是全战区最大的施工项目。该工程定额工期二个半月。为了早投产,早出油,华北石油管理局和工程指挥部要求必须在56天内完成。时间紧、任务重、质量要求高,远距离施工(距公司基地约1000公里),前后方协调困难。公司决定在哈南油田产能建设工程中采用网络计划技术,控制施工。
I. Problems raised Inner Mongolia Erlian Oilfield is one of the key investment projects of the country. It is a major measure to produce 1.25 million tons of crude oil in Erlian Oilfield and 4.65 million tons of crude oil in the Bureau. The total investment of the project is more than 390 million yuan. The Hanan Oilfield, built by the North China Oil Construction Company, is the largest construction project in the entire theater. The project is scheduled for a period of two and a half months. For early production and early oil production, the requirements of North China Petroleum Administration and Engineering Command must be completed within 56 days. Time constraints, heavy tasks, high quality requirements, long-distance construction (about 1,000 kilometers from the company’s base), coordination difficulties in front and rear.
