目的探讨社区卫生服务反应性与满意度测量问卷的信度与效度。方法制定“社区健康服务中心利用情况调查表”调查678名患者,利用SPSS11.0分别计算克朗巴赫(Cronbach′s)α系数、信度系数R和结构效度。结果反应性问卷的Cronbach′sα系数为0.78、折半信度为0.83、特征值>1的公因子有6个,累积贡献率为64.1%;满意度问卷的Cronbach′sα系数为0.90、折半信度为0.93、特征值>1的公因子有3个,累积贡献率为58.2%。结论社区卫生服务的反应性与满意度问卷具有较好的信度与效度。
Objective To explore the reliability and validity of questionnaires on responsiveness and satisfaction of community health services. METHODS: A total of 678 patients were surveyed using the “Community Health Service Utilization Survey Form”. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, reliability coefficient R, and construct validity were calculated using SPSS 11.0. Results Responsiveness questionnaire had Cronbach’s α coefficient of 0.78, half-fold reliability of 0.83, 6 common factors with eigenvalue >1, and cumulative contribution rate of 64.1%. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of satisfaction questionnaire was 0.90, half reliability. There are 3 common factors with an eigenvalue >1 of 0.93, and the cumulative contribution rate is 58.2%. Conclusion The questionnaire of responsiveness and satisfaction of community health services has good reliability and validity.
