一、前言我国炼钢电弧炉的电能消耗,各厂差别很大。一些先进的企业,它的吨钢电耗达到约500度的先进水平,而较落后的单位都高达1000度以上。因此电弧炉炼钢的节能潜力很大。要探讨节能的途径,首先要模清热能利用情况,也即进行热平衡测定与计算,准确计算出各项热量数值,才能分析出能源浪费的因素。本文根据上海市和江苏省几个较为先进的工厂,不同类型炼钢电弧炉的热平衡测定数据进行分析,并与苏联和日本的同类型炉进行比较,进而就炼钢电弧炉节能途
First, the foreword China’s electric power consumption of steel-making electric arc furnace, the plant varies widely.
