1993年陕西省咸阳市保险公司,认真贯彻党的十四大精神,在建立市场经济体制进程中,为探索出一条农村保险工作的新路子,从农村致富奔小康工作入手,积极开展农村奔小康保险示范村活动,从而使农村保险业务得到了持续、快速、健康地发展。全年农村保险业务收入达4865.4万元,占全市总保费收入的36.1％。全市38个奔小康保险示范村增加保费收入286万元。奔小康保险示范村活动的开展,增强了农村实行家庭联产责任制后农民抵御自然灾害的能力,促进了农业生产和党政奔小康工作的落实,受到市县各级党政充分肯定和人民群众的赞誉。其主要做法有以下几点:一、制定规划,明确认识市委、市政府关于咸阳市农村奔小康规划中要求,“全市在2000年建成9个小康县区,3390个小康村,实现小康市”。政府有号召,我们应该有行动,为农村奔小康保驾护航。决定制订出保险作后盾来护航,
