该系统是基于落锤加载的岩石力学动载实验装置,主要由落锤加载,压力本体,泵压和测试四部分组成.由于设备采用了落锤加载方式,系统的加载速率将更接近于水力振荡、电脉冲、地震波、高能气体等强动载波作用于地下地层岩石的速率.系统采用先进的数据采集处理系统,同时采集位移、围压、应变等信号,保证了数据的一致性.对于进行动载下的岩石力学特性研究提供了必要的手段,特别是对掌握动载作用下的油气层岩石破坏和变形规律,开展动载作用下油气井中增产机理研究,具有重要的意义.
The system is based on rock-loading dynamic load test device, which consists of drop weight loading, pressure body, pump pressure and testing. Due to the drop weight loading method, the loading rate of the system will be closer to that of the underground formations such as hydraulic oscillations, electric impulses, seismic waves and high-energy gases. System uses advanced data acquisition and processing system, while collecting displacement, confining pressure, strain and other signals to ensure the consistency of the data. It provides the necessary means to study the rock mechanics characteristics under dynamic load. Especially for the understanding of the rock failure and deformation rules of the oil-gas layer under the action of dynamic load and the research on stimulation mechanism of production in oil and gas wells under the action of dynamic load, it is of great significance.
