玻璃钢管使用的可靠与否关键在于所选管材的化学稳定性,它在实际应用中最常遇到的环境是高温高压状态。利用100 MPa的高温高压釜对两种固化剂类型的玻璃钢油管在不同介质环境中进行了浸泡试验,分析研究了高温高压介质环境对材料的吸湿性、硬度、湿态弯曲强度的影响。比较了不同材料在不同试验条件下浸泡前后的综合性能变化,据此可较为准确地选择出适合于不同环境的玻璃钢管材。
The key to the reliability of FRP pipe is the chemical stability of the selected pipe. The most common environment encountered in practical applications is high temperature and pressure. Using 100 MPa high temperature autoclave, two kinds of hardened fiberglass tubing were immersed in different media environments. The effects of high temperature and high pressure on the hygroscopicity, hardness and wet flexural strength of the material were analyzed. Comparing different performance of different materials before and after immersion under different test conditions, the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe suitable for different environments can be selected more accurately.
