1982年6月到1984年6月,我院收治的符合1982年美国风湿病协会诊断标准的120例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者中23例有神经精神症状。15例曾住我院1～3次,8例为门诊病人。发病年龄15～48岁,平均年龄27.5岁。2例在神经系统症状出现后48小时内死亡。4例神经系统症状持续存在。其它17例神经系统症状则于1天至半年内消失。本文结合文献资料,对23例患者的临床表现、鉴别诊断及治疗分析如下。
From June 1982 to June 1984, 23 of 120 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), who met our diagnostic criteria of the American College of Rheumatology in 1982, had neuropsychiatric symptoms. 15 cases had lived in our hospital 1 to 3 times, 8 cases were outpatients. The onset age of 15 to 48 years, mean age 27.5 years. Two patients died within 48 hours of onset of neurological symptoms. 4 cases of nervous system symptoms persist. The other 17 cases of neurological symptoms disappeared within 1 day to six months. This article combined with the literature, the clinical manifestations of 23 patients, differential diagnosis and treatment are as follows.
