笔者在某矿业公司井下工作三年多,亲身体会到员工的安全意识对安全生产的重要作用,也学习了许多安全生产的规章制度和安全技术操作规程。对安全生产工作,笔者的体会是,安全生产需各级领导与一线员工共同努力,相比而言,一线员工的安全意识则尤为重要。
The author worked for more than three years in the underground of a mining company, and personally learned the important role of employee safety awareness in safety production. He also learned many rules and regulations on safety production and safety technical operation rules. The work safety, the author’s experience is that safety at all levels of leadership and front-line staff to work together, compared to front-line staff’s safety awareness is particularly important.
