Most of the farms owned by the Northeast Farm Authority ran a pilot program in 1954 to scientifically organize production, especially the rational use of labor force and reduce costs. Facts have proved that homework planning is very necessary on the farm. Judging from the process of carrying out the work plan in the past year, there are still some problems that must be improved. The first is that the production team’s compilation of work plans is often not accurate, out of practice, often omitting important work items, the workload requirements are sometimes not realistic, and therefore must be amended in the actual operation plan; followed by
