美国加州大学医院1956～1975年20年间收治了324例声带癌,其经验体会归纳如下。一、治疗效果。对早期的T_1和T_2原发病灶用限量放疗控制率T_1S达100%,T_1为80%,T_252%,T_3和T_4达50%。对放疗失败中的86%患者采用了手术补救,最终治愈率T_1S是100%,T_1是97%,T_2 91%,T_3和T_4为64%,治疗后的患者中95%音质满意。有63例患者用手术为初选治疗方法,其最终局部治愈率T_1S为75%,T_1为83%,T_285%,T_3和T_4是81%,在采用放疗加手术的联合治疗方法中9/13的患者取得了满意效果。323例患者中三年和五年的生存率分别是84%和77%。
The University of California Hospital received 324 cases of vocal cord cancer during the 20 years from 1956 to 1975. Its experience is summarized as follows. First, the treatment effect. For the early T_1 and T_2 primary lesions, the control rate of T_1S for limited radiation therapy was 100%, T_1 was 80%, T_252%, and T_3 and T_4 were 50%. 86% of patients who failed in radiotherapy were treated with surgical resection. The final cure rate was 100% for T_1S, 97% for T_1, 91% for T_2, 64% for T_3 and T_4, and 95% sound quality was satisfactory after treatment. 63 patients were treated by surgery as primary treatment. The final local cure rate T_1S was 75%, T_1 was 83%, T_285%, and T_3 and T_4 were 81%. In the combined treatment with radiotherapy plus surgery, 9/13 The patient achieved satisfactory results. The three-year and five-year survival rates of 323 patients were 84% and 77%, respectively.
