新疆独特的地理位置,使之成为中国的战略资源基地以及中亚经济的开放前沿,其沿边经济带作为新疆经济发展的重要战略支点和向中亚开放的经济高地,战略地位重要性不言而喻,而且它们的发展更关系到整个新疆的稳定与发展。地区的民生保障问题关系到群众的生存与发展,与人民的生活息息相关。本文旨在研究新疆沿边经济带民生保障现状,分别对沿边经济带的教育、医疗和就业进行分析,力求发现问题并且提出改善当地民生的可行建议。
Xinjiang’s unique geographical location makes it a strategic resource base for China and an open frontier for the economy in Central Asia. The economic belt along the border, as an important strategic pivot for Xinjiang’s economic development and an economic highland open to Central Asia, is not of a strategic importance However, their development has more to do with the stability and development of Xinjiang as a whole. The guarantee of people’s livelihood in the region has a bearing on the survival and development of the masses and is closely linked to the life of the people. This article aims to study the status quo of people’s livelihood security along the border economic belt in Xinjiang, separately analyze the education, medical care and employment in the economic belt along the border, and try to find out the problems and put forward feasible suggestions for improving the livelihood of the local people.
