为了解决分段式汽车驱动桥壳行驶过程稳定性较差的问题,结合可靠性与响应面理论,提出一种混合不确定参数下的汽车分段式驱动桥壳稳定性分析方法,该方法将分段式驱动桥壳模型进行参数化后,对汽车分段式驱动桥壳系统稳定性可靠度及全局灵敏度进行分析研究。分析结果表明,通过降低制动器制动压力与摩擦因数对提高分段式驱动桥壳的系统稳定性具有重要意义。
In order to solve the problem of poor stability during the driving process of the axle housing with segmented automobile, the stability analysis method of the automobile splitter axle housing with mixed uncertain parameters is proposed based on the theory of reliability and response surface. After the parametric design of the split-axle drive axle shell model, the stability and global sensitivity of the automotive split-axle system are analyzed and studied. The analysis results show that it is of great significance to improve the system stability of the split axle housing by reducing the brake pressure and friction coefficient.
