目的了解东海县碘盐质量,为今后碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照《全国碘盐监测方案》对东海县碘盐采用直接滴定法(GB/T13025.7-1999)进行检测。结果2004~2008年共检测1 440份居民户食盐,碘盐合格率96.90%,碘盐覆盖率94.10%,合格碘盐食用率91.18%,非碘盐检出率5.90%,盐碘均数为28.53 mg/kg。同时检测库盐540份,合格率为100%,均数为31.17 mg/kg。结论东海县居民户合格碘盐食用率除2005年外各年都达到了国家消除IDD的控制标准,但有待提高。
Objective To understand the quality of iodized salt in Donghai County and provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in the future. Methods The iodized salt in Donghai County was detected by direct titration (GB / T13025.7-1999) in accordance with “National Iodized Salt Surveillance Program”. Results From 2004 to 2008, a total of 1 440 household salt, iodized salt, 96.90%, iodized salt, 94.10%, 91.18% of qualified iodized salt and 5.90% of non-iodized salt were detected. 28.53 mg / kg. At the same time, 540 samples of salt were tested with a pass rate of 100% and a mean of 31.17 mg / kg. Conclusion The consumption of qualified iodized salt by households in Donghai County reached the national control standard of elimination of IDD in all years except 2005, but needs to be improved.
