《安全生产法》第五条明确了生产经营单位主要负责人对本单位的安全生产工作全面负责，第十七条又详细罗列出主要负责人应负的六条职责。这是第一次对生产经营单位主要负责人的安全职责在法律中予以明确。如果违反其中一条，不仅仅是违反一个单位的制度的问题，而是属于践踏法
Article 5 of the “Law on Work Safety” stipulates that the main person in charge of the production and business operation unit shall be fully responsible for the work safety work of its own unit. Article 17 sets out in detail six responsibilities that the main person in charge should shoulder. This is the first time that the security responsibilities of the main person in charge of the production and business operation unit should be clarified in the law.
