It is well known that science and technology are primary productive forces and that science and technology occupy a primary place among the many factors in social development. Today’s science and technology are rapidly growing at an unforeseen rate. Both developed and developing countries are facing new and new opportunities and new challenges of development because of their science and technology. As a successor to the national development and construction, primary school students should have basic scientific accomplishments and be better able to adapt to the rapidly developing society, which has become the focus of attention in the field of education.
