1.2013年4月12日交通运输部令2013年第8号公布2.自2013年4月12日起施行交通运输部决定对《邮政行业统计管理办法》(交通运输部令2011年第8号)作如下修改:一、将第四条第三款、第四款分别修改为:“省、自治区、直辖市邮政管理机构和按照国务院规定设立的省级以下邮政管理机构在国务院邮政管理部门的领导下,组织、开展、管理、监督本辖区的邮政行业统计工作。
