文化部决定在中国美术馆建立国家近现代美术研究中心,同时在中国艺术研究院美术研究所建立国家当代艺术研究中心,这是推动中国文化发展的重要举措,是国家文化思想通过文化策略、政策而转化为一种实质性的推动行为。美术的推动由三个方面组成:文化思想、政策和推动机构。国家的文化思想建设必须要有理论研究,而这两者之间还需要一个衔接,那就是政策支持。有了组织机构上的保障,会对全国的美术发展起到引导作用。
The Ministry of Culture decided to establish the National Center for Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art Research at the China National Art Museum and set up the National Center for Contemporary Art Research at the Institute of Fine Arts of the China Academy of Art. This is an important measure for promoting the development of Chinese culture. It is the cultural strategy and policy Which translates into a substantial promotion. The promotion of art consists of three aspects: cultural thoughts, policies and promotion agencies. National cultural and ideological building must have theoretical research, but there is still a need for a link between the two, that is, policy support.
