党的十八大报告在全面建成小康社会目标中提出:创新人才培养水平明显提高,进入人才强国行列。本文是原中国航天科技集团公司副总经理袁家军同志结合工作实际,围绕高层次创新型科技人才培养和成长规律撰写的文章,受到中央领导同志的充分肯定,曾刊载在《人才工作通讯》2011年第1期。半个多世纪以来,我国航天工业培养造就了大批能够站在世界前沿、勇于开拓创新的高素质人才队伍,探索出了一条依靠重大工程培养创新型科技人才的成功经验。文章对创新人才类型的划分和各类人才培养关键的阐述,对石油行业具有较强的借鉴意义。
In the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the report on the 18th CPC National Congress put forward that the level of training innovative talents has obviously risen, and has entered the ranks of a country with a strong talent force. This article is written by Comrade Yuan Jiajun, former deputy general manager of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, combining practical work and articles written about the cultivation and growth of high-level innovative scientists and technicians. The article was fully endorsed by the central leading comrades and was published in “Talent Work Newsletter” 2011 No. 1 Over the past half a century or so, China's aerospace industry has cultivated a large number of highly qualified personnel capable of standing on the forefront of the world with the courage to blaze new trails and explored a successful experience in relying on major projects to train innovative scientists and technicians. The article divides the types of innovative talents and the key exposition of various types of personnel training, which has a strong reference to the petroleum industry.
