对于中小型长杆类模锻件,常规工艺必须采用模锻设备和切边设备同时加工。本文采用牵引钩特殊多工位组合模总体结构,实现了单台摩擦压力机对模锻件进行模锻、切边(或弯曲、扭转)这一工艺特性,实现了一模多用。论述了该模具结构的设计特点、模块结构布局及工作过程,模块与模板采用镶嵌式连接,锻模型腔位于模块中间,切边模位于两侧。该模具结构灵活,操作方便,生产成本低,效率高。经过生产实践检验,产品质量稳定适于推广应用。
For small and medium pole die forgings, the conventional process must be used forging equipment and trimming equipment at the same time processing. In this paper, the overall structure of the special multi-station combined mold with towing hook is adopted to realize the process characteristics of single forging press, trimming (or bending and twisting) of the forging for a single friction press, and realizing the multi-purpose application. The design features of the mold structure, the structure of the module structure and the working process are discussed. The module and the template are inlaid connection, the cavity of the forging mold is located in the middle of the module, and the edge trimming mold is located on both sides. The mold structure is flexible, easy to operate, low production cost and high efficiency. After the test of production practice, product quality and stability suitable for the promotion and application.
