舒洛芬(Suprofen)系新型镇痛药及前列腺素合成酶抑制剂。本文报道,用HPLC测定该原料药及其胶囊剂,方法简便、快速、稳定性好。方法:使用C_(18)键合反相硅胶柱,流动相为乙腈-pH3.0缓冲液(3:2)混合液,pH3.0缓冲液系用0.02M磷酸氢二钠液(Na_2HPO_4-7H_2O)再以0.01M枸橼酸调至pH2.97~3.04。流速为0.5ml/分,于UV254nm处检测。样品用甲醇溶解或提取,最后制成浓度为1mg/ml并含有内标4-硝基苯甲酸0.6mg/ml的甲醇液(标准品制备相同),每次注射2μl,随后测量峰高
