普通话水平测试是国家推广普通话的重要举措。本文从普通话水平测试作为语言测试的共性和个性谈起,紧紧围绕普通话水平测试的目的,结合现代语言学界大力倡导的“交际能力”这一理念,提出普通话水平测试“读单音节字词”和“说话”部分应该以口语交际能力为出发点考查学生运用普通话的交际能力。本文最后借鉴其它语言测试的成果,针对PSC现存的问题,提出了笔者的一些建议。
Putonghua proficiency testing is an important measure for promoting Putonghua. This article starts from the commonness and individuality of Putonghua proficiency test as a linguistic test. Focusing on the purpose of Putonghua Proficiency Test and combining with the concept of communicative competence advocated by modern linguistics, this paper proposes Putonghua Proficiency Test The words “and ” talk "should be based on oral communicative competence as a starting point to examine students’ communicative competence in using Putonghua. At the end of this article, we draw on the achievements of other language tests and put forward some suggestions for the existing problems of PSC.
