采用在线局部放电(PD)测量监测定子绕组绝缘状况已是众所周知。在线PD测量随时间的发 展趋势成果,常常能使维护人员发现电动机和发电机中正在发展的定子绝缘问题,并在故障发生前采取纠 正措施。但运行的旋转电机的PD测量可受湿度、温度、端电压和负荷等工况的影响。因此,为了提供可靠 的趋势性的数据,在类似电机的运行工况下取得读数非常重要。在偏远的发电厂中或在周期性频繁改变 工况的抽水蓄能机组上,要保证工作人员能在理想工况发生时取得PD读数,可能既费时也费钱。介绍了 一种自动局部放电监测系统的研制,此系统永久性地与相关的电机传感器相连,其配置可在满足适当工况 时采集PD数据。叙述了该系统的工作原理,以及从至今已收集到的30台水轮发电机的数据取得的某些 成果。
It is well known to use the online partial discharge (PD) measurement to monitor the stator winding insulation. As a result of the development trend of online PD measurements over time, maintenance personnel are often enabled to detect the growing problems of stator insulation in motors and generators and to take corrective action before failure occurs. However, the PD measurement of a rotating electric machine in operation can be affected by conditions such as humidity, temperature, terminal voltage and load. Therefore, in order to provide reliable trend data, it is important to take readings under similar motor operating conditions. In remote power plants or pumped storage units that periodically change their operating conditions, it can be both time-consuming and costly to ensure that workers receive PD readings when the ideal conditions occur. The development of an automatic partial discharge monitoring system is described. The system is permanently connected to the associated motor sensor and is configured to collect PD data when the appropriate operating conditions are met. Described the working principle of the system, as well as some results from the data collected so far 30 hydroelectric generators.
