采用氩弧熔覆工艺在Q235基材上熔覆Ni35BSiC,获得硬度和耐磨性高的熔覆层。显微组织、相组分形貌和相结构分析证明熔覆层强化机制是:γNi5Si2相弥散强化、γNi基体上共格析出γNi3Si强化和C、Cr、B固溶强化的共同作用。
Argon arc cladding process is used to coat Ni35BSiC on Q235 substrate to obtain a cladding layer with high hardness and wear resistance. Microstructure, phase composition and phase structure analysis show that the strengthening mechanism of the cladding layer is: γNi5Si2 phase dispersion strengthening, γNi matrix coherent precipitation γNi3Si strengthening and C, Cr, B solid solution strengthening together.
