“我们不少党政机关用钱大手大脚和铺张浪费的现象非常严重。我国行政管理经费增长之快,行政成本之高,已经达到世界少有的地步。”参加两会的全国政协委员、国务院参事任玉岭这样说。在云南玉龙纳西族自治县一个中学调研时,他走进一栋学生宿舍楼,看到脚下楼板是斜的,木桩也是斜的,走近楼前才发现整个楼仅靠后墙的十几根木杠来支撑,随时有倒塌的危险。有些乡镇小学,没有寄宿条件,许多七八岁的孩子,每天要来回跑十几里路;有的学校23个学生挤在一间20平方米的房间里……“我们需要花钱的地方还有很多,医疗、教育和欠发达地区的发展都期盼更多的财政资金向他们倾斜和转移,这就需要党政机关带头,遏制行政管理费的不断飚升。”任委员的一番话,引发我们对行政成本过高的反思。
