目的通过分析某院四年内病案的复印情况,探讨多系统整合后的《病案管理系统》对病案复印工作效率的影响。方法调取某院四年内病案的复印情况及患者满意度调查,采用Excel计算分析。结果信息化整合后的《病案管理系统》实施后,病案复印量较信息化整合前(2012年)增长86%,病案复印等候时间由15 min缩短至5 min,等候时间明显缩短;服务满意度由78%上升至98%。结论新《病案管理系统》功能整合和流程方案设计,摆脱了传统复印工作模式,数字病案无纸化复印模式的创新与持续改进,既方便了复印者,同时降低了工作强度,有效的提高了服务效率和服务质量,对服务满意度的提升起到至关重要的作用。
Objective To analyze the copying situation of medical records in a hospital within four years so as to explore the effect of the “medical records management system” after the integration of multiple systems on the work efficiency of medical records. Methods To retrieve the medical records of a hospital within four years of copying and patient satisfaction survey using Excel calculation and analysis. Results After the integration of “medical records management system”, the medical records were increased 86% compared with that of prior information integration (2012), the waiting time of medical records was reduced from 15 minutes to 5 minutes, and the waiting time was significantly shortened. The service satisfaction From 78% to 98%. Conclusion The new “case management system” functional integration and process design, out of the traditional mode of copying work, digital medical recordless paperless copying mode of innovation and continuous improvement, not only convenient copy, while reducing the intensity of work, effectively improve the Service efficiency and service quality play an important role in improving service satisfaction.
