自助服务技术在服务领域产生了重要的影响,如何应用到病案管理和医疗服务的实践中是值得探讨的问题。本研究将从软件和硬件方面对病案复印从传统模式向自助打印模式转变的可行性进行分析。自助打印病案模式通过预先审核申请人信息、二代身份证实现身份识别实现查询、调取、打印、自助缴费等自助服务功能。患者快速获得病案资料,节约了人力成本、减少病案损耗,提升了便民服务水平,为医院打造良好的品牌形象发挥了积极的作用。
Self-service technology has a significant impact in the field of services, how to apply to the practice of medical record management and medical services is worth discussing. This research will analyze the feasibility of the transition from traditional mode to self-help print mode in software and hardware.
