职业教育的发展已成为我国未来一段时期内教育发展的重点,作为主体之一的高职院校也在各地蓬勃发展,但有些院校在发展过程中也不可避免地陷入误区。本文从高职院校的特殊性出发,分析了高职院校办学理念中存在的几个误区,即角色定位上与普通院校混淆,市场导向不明显,产学形式单一,社会服务观念不够等方面,进而提出走出误区的具体对策建议。
The development of vocational education has become the focus of education development in our country in the near future. As one of the main body, the higher vocational colleges also flourish everywhere. However, some colleges and universities inevitably fall into misunderstanding. Based on the particularity of higher vocational colleges, this article analyzes several misunderstandings in the concept of running higher vocational colleges, that is, confusion with ordinary institutions in the orientation of roles, the market orientation is not obvious, the form of production and learning is single, and the concept of social service is not enough And so forth, and then put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions out of the wrong.
