目前全球环境是困扰人类生产生活的重要问题。并不是以一个国家一己之力就能够解决的,它需要各个国家携起手来共同解决这一难题。本文从全球治理理论入手,通过其在森林保护中的应用,强调了在全球范围内管理森林资源的可行性,更是提醒我们应该采取综合性的治理方法保护森林资源。
At present, the global environment is an important issue that plagues human production and life. It can not be solved with the help of a single country. It requires that all countries work together to solve this difficult problem. Starting from the theory of global governance, this paper emphasizes the feasibility of managing forest resources on a global scale through its application in forest protection, and reminds us that we should adopt a comprehensive governance approach to protect forest resources.
