能源是当今世界经济发展、社会和谐所依赖的重要因素之一,作为处在经济高速发展进程中的中国,能源问题更是关乎国计民生的重大问题。我国的能源因其特殊性,有着“富煤、贫油、少气”的结构性矛盾和“国内生产不足、对外依赖程度强”的供需矛盾,给我国经济可持续发展和能源安全带来严重阻碍。本文立足于国外取得页岩气勘探开发巨大成功的事实,结合我国国情,对我国页岩气发展进行了深入研究,提出了促进我国页岩气勘探开发事业发展的八点建议,对实现中国式“页岩气革命”具有积极的参考价值和借鉴意义。
Energy is one of the important factors on which the economic development and social harmony depend in the world today. As China, which is in the process of rapid economic development, the issue of energy is even more a major issue concerning the national economy and the people’s livelihood.
