本文报告8例近全喉切除粘膜管成形发音功能重建术在晚期喉癌中的治疗结果.该手术仅保留健侧残余披裂或声门区任何部位(披裂间区、双声带前部、部分声带等)一部分粘膜,其余喉部全部切除.利用保留的一部分粘膜和延续到气管的一条粘膜瓣缝合成一粘膜管而重建发音功能,8例患者均取得了良好的发音效果而不呛咳.使一部分较晚期的喉癌患者可免于全喉切除而得到较理想的发音.
This article reports the results of 8 cases of subtotal laryngectomy and mucosal angioplasty in the treatment of advanced laryngeal carcinoma.The operation retained only the residual phrenic residue or any part of the glottis (perforation, the front of the binocular, part of the vocal cords Etc.) part of the mucosa, the remaining part of the larynx all removed.Using a part of the remaining mucosa and mucosal flap extending to the trachea into a mucosal flap to reconstruct the pronunciation function, 8 patients have achieved good pronunciation without choking. More advanced laryngeal cancer patients from the total laryngectomy and get a better pronunciation.
