目的:优选增生颗粒提取工艺。方法:以黄芩苷的含量作为考察指标,确定生产中乙醇浓度;以干膏收率和黄芩苷的含量为评价指标,确定最佳醇提工艺。结论:增生颗粒的最佳提取工艺为采用70%乙醇,8倍量回流提取2次,每次1.5h。
Objective: To optimize the particle extraction process. Methods: The content of baicalin as an indicator to determine the production of ethanol concentration; dry paste yield and baicalin content as the evaluation index to determine the best alcohol extraction process. CONCLUSION: The best extraction process of Shengshen Granules is using 70% ethanol and extracting with 8 times reflux for 1.5h.
