1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基一吡唑酮-5(PMBP.或简作HA)是优秀的β-双酮类螯合剂,它与一系列金属离子形成稳定的螯合物,已被广泛地用于分析和分离工作中。为了确定螯合物中金属离子与PMBP的比值,过去主要靠元素分析,直接分析其中PMBP的方法文献上尚未见到。本文提出了快速简易地直接分析稀土-PMBP固态螯合物中PMBP的新方法。该法系将稀土-PMBP的络合物溶于有机溶剂,以稀盐酸溶液反萃,使稀土离子进入水相而PMBP留在有机相中,分出水相(供测定金属离子),有机相中的PMBP与Fe~(3+)作用后生成紫红色络合物,其消光值与PMBP含量成直线关系,因此可用分光光度法直接测定PMBP。
