我同意这样的判断:“机遇是潜在的,挑战却是现实存在的。”事实上,往加入 WTO 后,中国经济将遇到严峻的挑战。机遇来自对挑战的正确应对。我们是否能把加入 WTO 提供给我们的潜在机遇变成现实,取决于改革在如下方面的实际进展:1.切实改善民营企业的经营环境,大力发展中小企业,启动民间投资;2.加快完成国有经济布局调整,使国有企业的公司化改制真正到位;3.加快银行体系的改革,在规范的基础上发展
I agree with this judgment: “Opportunity is potential, but challenges are real. ” In fact, China’s accession to the WTO will pose a serious challenge. Opportunity comes from the correct response to the challenge. Whether we can make the potential opportunities offered to us by WTO become a reality depends on the actual progress made by the reform in the following aspects: 1. earnestly improving the operating environment for privately-owned enterprises, vigorously developing small and medium-sized enterprises and starting private investment; 2. expediting the completion of state-owned Economic restructuring, so that the state-owned enterprise corporative restructuring truly in place; 3. To speed up the reform of the banking system, developed on a normative basis
