新课改不断深入下技校的常规教育教学活动与管理活动都需要进行不断调整,教育改革中技校班主任的工作方法更是需要进行调整和转变。国内职业教育受重视程度不断增加背景下,技校班主任工作方法是否具备较强的科学性对于整体教育改革状况影响深远,如何增强技校班主任工作方法的科学性也成为了一个现实课题。通过研究可以发现,教育改革中技校班主任的工作方法需要及时进行调整,本文也将对于如何进行技校班主任工作方法转变提出具体建议。
