我国房地产行业的快速发展,给物业管理行业带来了新的机遇,也带来了挑战。在市场竞争十分激烈的环境下,物业管理行业财务管理严重滞后。本文首先阐述了物业管理行业财务管理特点,并分析了财务管理存在的问题,有针对性地提出对策和建议,以加强财务管理,提高物业企业经济效益。
The rapid development of China’s real estate industry has brought new opportunities and challenges to the property management industry. In a very competitive market environment, the property management industry, a serious lag in the financial management. This article first expounds the characteristics of the property management industry financial management, and analyzes the existing problems in the financial management. It puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions pertinently to strengthen the financial management and improve the economic benefits of the property enterprises.
