首次提出一种新型煤粉锅炉燃烧器—护罩双内回流燃烧器,该燃烧器由一端与一次风管相联,另一端高度与一次风管相等而宽度方向渐扩的护罩,以及对称加装在护罩内,顶端与一次风管重合的双非流线体组成,燃烧器出口与炉壁相平行。针对该燃烧器,测定了结构参数对回流区的影响,利用三维PDA测量了回流区内气流速度,湍动能,切应力以及颗粒浓度的分布,并在3.35×10~5kJ/h(20kg/h)的单角炉上进行了热态试验,试烧了加福,松木坪,青山等三种不同类型的煤,最后分析了该燃烧器的稳燃机理。
