People’s governments of cities and counties: The provincial government agreed with the “Report on Correcting the Tendency of Uniform Secondary Schools in Pursuing Uniform Rates of Higher Education” issued by the Provincial Department of Education and forwards them to you for further study and implementation. The one-sided pursuit of higher education is a serious drawback in ordinary secondary education and a major obstacle to the overall improvement of education quality. People’s governments at all levels and schools should regard the implementation of the party’s education policy and correct instruction of the school as an educational reform.
