近几年来,国外已普遍应用金刚石铰刀来加工淬火钢零件的内孔。本刊82年第十期周勤之同志的文章《美法精密工艺一瞥》中也介绍了美国和法国工厂采用这一新工艺的情况。目前、我国有少数工厂正在试验应用金刚石铰刀,但使用面还不广。为此,我们发表范文斗同志的文章,介绍他们厂试验应用金刚石铰刀加工淬火钢零件精密孔的经验,供读者参考,以使这一新工艺得到推广。
In recent years, diamond reamers have been widely used abroad to process hardened steel parts bore. This issue of the 82nd issue of Comrade Zhou Qin’s article, “A Look at the Fine Arts of the United States and France,” also introduced the U.S. and French factories to adopt the new technology. At present, a small number of factories in China are testing the application of diamond reamers, but the use of surface is not wide. To this end, we published an article by Comrade Fan Wen-dou, introducing their experience in the application of diamond reamers for machining precision steel parts of hardened steel parts for readers’ reference in order to promote this new process.
